technique of emotional literacy
- Increase access to a fuller emotional range with appropriate
emotional expression
- Translate your emotions into effective communication and
behavior
What is the heart of healing for you? The focus of this year-long
training intensive is to:
- Relieve and heal the intensity of areas of vulnerability
- Identify and shift your conditioned patterns of protective
reaction
- Practice new patterns of response to conflict or stressful
situations
